1)Recalling of High Commissioners at least thrice to my fading knowledge. They sheepishly return after a few months when the HOHA has died down a bit.
2)Indian exports are re-branded in the Gulf and exported to Pakistan, so most of that will continue. Its Pakistan that directly exports to India, as India has few qualms from buying from Pakistan. Cutting that just hurts Pakistan and raises its inflation rate, but it is Pakistans desire to be seen to be doing something.
3) As for the ICJ. Its been tried and failed

1) Recalling ambassador is the first step in taking more punitive actions, watch the space

4) UNSC is important in a way which will bring forth the players who are up till now hiding in shadows. Will decide future alignments, grouping, drawing lines. And if you have missed the news, Chinese are now officially part of this dispute, they claim Laddakh as their territory. I suspect there would be a joint Sino-Pak push. While we fully expect for the American lead western block to reveal their true faces, Pakistan always got the Afghan card to play there as well. It wont be a cake walk for America to veto it without knowing the consequences in the Afghan imbroglio it find itself in.

This is just a start. Expect some kinetic actions by Pakistan similar or perhaps of more intensity like OP Swift retort.

1. Ban all Indian Media in Pakistan. Prosecute, imprison and punish those who try to circumvent the ban.

2. Ban all Indian products in Pakistan, imposing high tarrifs and stringent quality control to make them bleed money. Find and shift Pakistani products to india, to new markets.

3. Ban all travel to India from Pakistan, and to Pakistan from India. No indian nationals permitted to enter Pakistan, INDEFINITELY!! No Pakistani permitted to enter India, PERMANENTLY.

4. Expel Indian ambassador, recall our own. Shut down Pakistan Embassy in India, and shut down Indian Embassy in Pakistan.

5. Ban entry into Pakistan of NRI Indians with foreign/western passports. No exceptions, period.

6. Ban all Pakistani artists, actors, actresses travelling and working in India, PERMANENTLY.

7. Draw up comprehensive plans on smuggling across the border with India. Shoot to kill, effective immediately.

8. Total Media blackout on any news related to Indian bollywood, Indian music industry, Indian anything. Only thing Pakistani channels can publish, or air, is atrocities in Kashmir.

9. Ban GEO and force full disclosure of funding sources. Any news media found with foreign funding shall be shut down and it's executives thrown in prison for not cooperating.

This a formula to liberate Kashmir within one year!

No, it won't. There are many other markets and the balance of trade was tilted heavily in Indian favour so it will hurt India more ... similar to the closure of the airspace.
