پارٹی فنڈنگ کی تحقیقات،عمران خان کو الیکشن سے ایک روزپہلے بڑا دھچکا

اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے الیکشن کمیشن میں پارٹی فنڈنگ کی تحقیقات کیلئے کمیٹی کے قیام کے لئے عمران خان کی درخواست خارج کردی ہے۔
اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے جسٹس محسن اخترکیانی نے فیصلے میں کہا ہے کہ الیکشن کمیشن غیرملکی فنڈنگ کی تحقیقات کیلئے کمیٹی کے قیام میں بااختیار ہے، تحقیقات کے سلسلے میں الیکشن کمیشن کسی فرد یا ادارے سے متعلقہ معلومات لے سکتا ہے۔

عدالتی فیصلے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ عدالت کے مشاہدے کے مطابق اکبر ایس بابرتحریک انصاف کے رکن ہیں، اگراکبرایس بابر پی ٹی آئی کے رکن نہیں بھی رہے تو بھی الیکشن کمیشن انکوائری کیلئے طلب کرسکتا ہے، تحریک انصاف کا الیکشن کمیشن کی طرف سے امتیازی سلوک کا الزام درست نہیں۔

الیکشن کمیشن کے نمائندے نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ دیگرسیاسی جماعتوں کی فنڈنگ سے متعلق بھی کیسز زیرسماعت ہیں۔

دوسری جانب پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے بانی اورباغی رہنما اکبرایس بابر نے امت سے خصوصی گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ سرکاری طورپرغیرملکی اکاؤنٹس منظرعام پرآنے سے تہلکہ خیزانکشافات متوقع ہیں ۔

انھوں نے بتایا کہ ان اکاؤنٹس کو منظرعام پرلانے سے روکنے کیلئے گزشتہ 4 برس سے پی ٹی آئی مختلف تاخیری حربے اختیار کررہی تھی جس پرالیکشن کمیشن کی ٹحقیقاتی ٹیم نے اسٹیٹ بینک کو خط لکھ کر ملک بھر کے تمام بینکوں اورمالیاتی اداروں سے پی ٹی آئی کے تمام ملکی وغیرملکیی اکاؤنٹس کی تفصیلات حاصل کرلی ہیں۔ اس عمل کو رکوانے کیلئے پی ٹی آئی نے آخری کوشش کے طورپراسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ میں پٹیشن ڈائر کی تھی جو آج منگل کو مسترد کردی گئی ۔

اکبرایس بابرنے الیکشن سے ایک روز پہلے پی ٹی آئی کے چیئرمین عمران خان کیلئے یہ عدالتی فیصلہ ایک بڑا دھچکہ قراردیا ہے۔
