Saad Rafique wants to run away with NA-131 IK seat by hook or by crook...

There are always the questions of how, where and why.

First: where?
I have already indicated to @PakSword that Saad Rafique must be busy conspiring to do post election rigging by using goons in ECP any way possible.

Second: How?
The obvious way to do it is to remove IK votes or increase his own in stored sealed bags of his constituency.

Third : Why?
The first thing to do was to ask for a full recount which was denied by RO as objected by IK lawyer to not do full recount too... when it should have been allowed as per well defined ECP rules.

The picture would have been clear there and then if a full recount had taken place at that time but...that's not how controversies are created...and IK lawyer played into his opponent's hand without realizing the fallout.

Now Saad Rafique has successfully petitioned in high court to stop the result in NA 131 for precisely the same reason of not doing full recount as provided by RO...and High court has obliged.

The benefits of this stay order for Saad on result of NA-131 are that IK is deprived of 1 seat count of that constituency and probably also in one reserved women seat of PTI quota.

If indeed this one less NA seat due to high court stay order reflects on one less woman seat quota for now then it is a set back in the election of PM, speaker and deputy speaker for PTI.

IK has asked Baber Awan to immediately challenge this stay order by Lahore High court and rightly so...The recount can happen any time but to put a stay order on announcing winner is uncalled for,
instead of issuing an order to do a full recount.

High court should expedite the hearing or else this looks like a clear favor to Saad Rafique and PMLN...

Why is Saad is doing all this desperate running around when he knows IK is leaving this seat anyway and he would have another chance in by-elections???

Like I said, Saad Rafique wants this seat by hook or by crook now...doing everything he can too...legal or not is anybody's guess but just one look at his person and desperation should be enough.

PTI should dedicate local leadership to follow and guard his constituency's polling bags just like PMLN has done in other constituencies.

MQM won't deliver anything. It is not in their DNA. They ruled Karachi on gun point, extortion and abusing the "muhajir card" but people of Karachi have overwhelmingly rejected those exercising the freedom afforded & awarded to them by the operation of the rangers and Pakistan army. And in the next election, even these seats will go to PTI.
