Pakistan doubtful over Russia-India oil pipeline.

The only way India can completely bypass Pakistan is to get gas from indonesia through the pipleline in the sea.

The other better possibility is investing in Shale gas like USA

There is no need for international pipelines

India is very close to GCC countries and Iran

So the transport cost through tankers is not high at all
