. .
Cuba has historically had a very high achieving footprint in the medical sector, and Pakistan can benefit from close ties. In return, Pakistan's agriculture sector should be able to reciprocate.

Cuba really needs more road building, construction, and communications network instead. Its a good thing Pakistan can do these things pretty well.

Pakistan should make an agreement to help Cubans with that in exchange for promoting low cost medical tourism in Cuba; i'd prefer that than people going to India, or paying extortionate amounts in the west

Pakistan must help cubans as we are indebted to them for their services after the kashmir quake in 2004. They were amongst the 1st to come and amongst the last to go. I can vouch that some of the cases treated by them were textbook cases. Afterwards they also started scholarships for pak students to study medicine there.
A small country but with a heart of gold.
They need wheat, cement, construction stuff like yesterday and we can easily afford to send one ship loaded with both every yr or whenever we have excess capacity. You dont build friends with smiles, handshakes and signatures.. It takes 2 to tango
