Also, back in 2015-2016 didnt Waqar made a point in this report that Moin Khan was appointment as the Chief Selector and Manager of the team, which created a huge culture of insecurity, fear, buttering where the players went out of their way to score brownie points with him out of fear of losing their spots in the team.

So now PCB has given Misbah two roles, wouldnt it create any conflict? Also, keeping that fact in mind that Misbah has NO international coaching experience.

PCB is run by morons.

We run our cricket on talent not process and system. When it comes of we look real good when it doesn't its not pretty. If the team does good PCB is all rosy. When team does bad PCB has problems all of sudden. Although both phenomena should be independent of each other but its not the case.

Waqar younis is not a good coach it is prooven fact misbah in his tensure brought team to lowest rank by tuk tuk now entire team play as misbah ask them to do tuk tuk

This is biggest blunder PCB is doing mark my words misbah dont have any coaching experties or courses he was brought by un merit parchi system

Younis khan or mohsin hassan should been a better choice
