Pakistan court grants bail to 26/11 accused Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi: Reports

.
So much for the pak judicial procedure B.S

B.S should be reserved for your country's pathetic judicial system. Your refusal to grant access to Kasab for interrogation, while in your custody and under your supervision, was proof of the whole thing being a false flag operation!

So F OFF!!

how we are concerned with the mercy of the Pakistan, India need to kill its terrorist by self. and yes pakistan make india feel that any Goodwill(edited word instead mercy) show to them on killing of any kids in peshawar or else in idiotism. we neither need to so good, not bad words on killing, this is their country issue, and we are least concern, if this type judgements are passed thier.

The barbaric act of executing 130+ children in a school has links to India, directly or indirectly. It does not matter whether you had involvement in this particular attack, the fact that you have sheltered, trained, armed and financed TTP ever since their ******* birth is enough to blame you and your countrymen for all heinous crimes committed by TTP.

And nobody just becomes a terrorist by Indian designation! You need undeniable evidence and proof which you have repeatedly failed to provide against any accused in any case. Yet your stupid countrymen want us to hang Pakistanis just because their government says so!

Not the judiciary or the judicial process......
If their govt. doesn't provide the proofs which are against him......there is nothing the courts can do....

It is your government that failed to provide proof, not our government.

Keep up the good work Pakistan.Decisions like this are what International communities need to see to validate your unbiased struggle against terrorism.

I wonder since when Indian believes that we need any validation from India or that we give a **** about Indian validation!

what courts,he fathered a child in "prison"

So many questions that you can never answer, where is any such proof? Was his wife expecting when he was arrested? was he allowed conjugal visits? And so on and so forth...........layman and an extremely stupid one at that!

courts don't monitor prisons......everything is in the hands of the govt., Pakistani govt. is nurturing those terrorists.......

As I said before, provide evidence of his involvement or F OFF!!

Infact, before providing any shred of concocted evidence, hang the mass murderer MODI first!!

Read post No. 191. When a white police men was let go off for killing of a black child, because law was in favour of white police man. When India didn't co-operated with us on Ajmal kasab interrogation, A judicial loophole formed which was expertly exploited by the defense team. Now tell me when murderers and killers in america are let go off due to such judicial loopholes, do you regret in same manner as well by thinking better angels with American system would correct this unfortunate mistake ?

Dear Bravata, you are not comparing apples to apples when equating the two judiciaries. One is a terrorist whom the government of Pakistan have themselves called a terrorist. While the other is a local cop involved in an officer related shooting in an incident of local crime.

You also seem to be confused about U.S laws. There exists no law in the U.S where a 'white' police officer is granted immunity because of the color of his skin, over the rights of a person belonging to a minority. We don't distinguish guilt or innocence depending on race, religion, sex, creed or social status in our laws.

I completely get that our country's judiciary is not full proof. In that mistakes can be made. BUT those mistakes are far and few in the U.S vs. the state of Pakistan's judiciary- where it has an ongoing problem convicting terrorists, a frustration I hear from Pakistanis too.

Here is thing JUD is not LeT
All Indians want to say here that our judiciary are failed to give a remarkable penalty One thing is clear our judiciary are watching everything and like all judiciary in the world our are also taking decision on merit. Our Pakistani Govt has failed to proof that Zaki Ur Rehman Lakhvi was involved in Mumbai Attack our govt did give proof that your govt give us. But that phone call is not enough to proof that Zaki ur Rehman Lakhvi was involved in Mumbai attacks. Even you cannot proof it in your court that Ajmal Kasab was LeT operative. So Show some Respect to our judiciary just like we did when you hang Ajmal Kasab. But Ajmal Kasab was guilty.

bhai , does it mtter if it is JuD or Let..?
all are same, want to use violence.. and then they will bite back, why you want to take risk? maro inko khatam karo sabko ..

Go watch the Narco Analysis test of Kasab on youtube and keep defending the Killers who killed 250 innocent lives in mumbai

You people are are either sick or simply not humans , who does not value human lives . The gruesome attack in peshawar , and you let a UN declared terrorist bail .

@Mav3rick sympathise with terrorists as much you want ,they will never be your friends. And providing any amount off proof is just useless cause you people are simply in denial. Grow some human sentiments and a humane point of view .The proofs are mote than enough!

Pakistani courts continue to free terrorists and promote terrorism. Time to check bank accounts of some of these judges.

The reason the Pakistani courts behave the way they do is that they aren't free or impartial in the first place. But before I get lynched for this, let me clarify what I mean by that.

Fairness of the judicial system is contingent on the freedom allowed to the judiciary. Usually these words would imply a coercion of the judiciary by the state machinery. But in case of Pakistan, we have the judiciary being intimated by the militants, terrorists. And needless to say, the very real & omnipresent danger of bodily harm is a very powerful tool of coercion for most humans, judges being no exception.

The only way to get an independent and fearless judiciary, atleast for the short-term, is to allow the identity of the judge(s) to be kept classified. Only in the absence of fear can they be expected to perform their duties in the letter and spirit of the law

Read post 191 and do shed light on why India didn't allow Pakistani magistrate to cross examine Qassab?

You know what you want us to do? You want us to hang a person without providing any shred of evidence of his involvement in any attack in India. We strongly condemn any attack on any civilian, but even this person is a civilian unless proved otherwise.

You want to be heartless, so be it.

Cause that was an exercise in futile, only to further muddle the Pakistani Public sentiment.

The Pakistani magistrate was not allowed to cross-examine Qassab was because the statement/confession of confession was recorded in video and submitted to Pakistan by the Indian magistrate. It was decided before the Pakistani commission visited India that they will not be given access to Qassab, but they came and went back and cried foul. Do you see the double face of your judicial commission?

I would also tell you that by Pakistani law, the statement by Qassab to your magistrate in India would not have been admitted in your court anyways, it was just to confuse Pakistanis like you, so why portray it as a breaking point? Dishonesty much?

Later, seeing that he could stall the judicial process he tried to redact his confession and did but the court found him guilty.

Your court did not provide voice samples of men India asked, now what answer do you have for that?

There is no hypocrisy here. That decision was as per our apprehensions at that time, right or wrong they maybe in hindsight. From AFP & WSJ:

Pakistan wanted Kasab to testify in its own inquiry into the attacks, according to AFP. However, he is not on the list of witnesses to be cross-examined when a Pakistani judicial commission visits India in early February to gather evidence.

The Indian government has denied Pakistan access to Kasab, the WSJ said, because it suspects the Pakistani authorities of involvement in the attacks.

From the Tribune.pk: Ira Joshi, a spokeswoman for India’s Ministry of Home Affairs, said that such access was not part of the memorandum of understanding governing the visit.

And it's not just Pakistani magistrate who have been denied access to Kasab in isolation. On September 2010:

The Bombay High Court Wednesday rejected a plea of Pakistani terrorist Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab for permission to consult his lawyers in isolation in the Arthur Road Central Jail premises.

Citing the attack as a serious issue, Nikam said it was impossible for police or jail authorities to permit the Pakistani terrorist to meet his lawyers in isolation, without the presence of security officials.
He had also expressed apprehension that Kasab may attack his lawyer and hence he should be allowed to discuss issues with the lawyer only in the presence of security and jail personnel.

You assume too much. Are you a lawyer? Are you some sort of law expert? No. Emotional rants like this doesn't work in court. What work in court is Pakistani Law. Pakistani Law was not fulfilled in letter and spirit. Because of that a Judicial loophole occurred which was exploited by defense team. Just like Swami Aseemanand was given bail due to some fked up judicial loophole, Zaki got bail due to indian system hypocrisy!
