Reports just came in Pakistan has contacted India over hot line and conveyed that Pakistan is going to conduct Census on LOC and not do any violation of cease fire.

Sadly Pakistanis are used to garbing millitary movements under civilian excuses and hiding millitary behind civilians. So the the purpose of this hotline call will be null and void. In any case if any unusual terrorist or millitary movement is seen they will be taken out.

LOC voilations have always been the prerogative of the Pak army. Indian army has no end for these means.

Obviously Indian army never do anything wrong. They are as innocent as a new born baby.

I lived in Sialkot and have seen these 'ceasefire violations' first hand. A relative was shot; just for pointing at the border, a village was randomly shelled here and there, anyone in the open field is under threat of being shot. Hence why on the Pakistani side we have added in a series of trees and 'man-made hills' that block view of most villages.

Your undisciplined trigger-happy monkeys also happen to do this on the Bangladeshi border as well.

The clashes however failed to reduce the killings of civilians by the BSF. According to Odhikar, since 2001, there had 1,000 Bangladeshis killed, more than 1000 tortured, 974 abductions, 107 missing from the border, 14 Rapes, 71 snatched/looting and 313 illegal pushing.[32]

BSF authorities saw massacre during 2009 mutiny as payback for the death of their personnel and reportedly celebrated the event with a cocktail party.[33]

However it's not as serious on the Pakistani side as we usually mass-retaliate. Feel sorry for the Bangladeshis leaving on the border that have to deal with suicidal and socially rejected 'BSF Jawan'.

I just can't believe it. I don't know in which world you are living but its Indian army who brutally target civilians across LOC or in Jammu & Kashmir. As far as taken out is concerned we will give you a brutal response the same way Gen Raheel gave you when your coward army killed our 7 soldiers and in response we killed your 12 soldiers. Tit for tat. Remember when Gen Raheel told you that 12 indian soldiers were killed the day when you killed 7 of ours, your defence minister accepted it live on TV. So called Sur gi kal strikes

Phase 2 of the Census also entails movement of civil and military enumerators to designated Districts including villages and houses located close to LOC. As part of confidence building measures and afford requisite fore-warning, Indian Army has been approached through Hotline Contact and asked to inform ground troops about movement of civil and military enumerators to civil populated areas lying close to LOC in AJ&K and Gilgit Baltistan. The step is aimed at ensuring safety and security of civil and military personnel in wake of unprovoked targeting and persistent ceasefire violations by Indian Army. Earlier, similar arrangement was resorted prior to commencement of Census, Phase-1.

if they kill unarmed soldiers doing survey, reponse will be too harsh. Pakistan army is even more aggressive than any jihadi orgnization or any world power.

Kinda sadistic depending on which way you look at it but maybe they should be accompanied by cows? Tie them around bunkers/hospitals and schools.

They used human shields not long ago if i remember correctly. Can't see them following suit and going that low in return though.
