The eyewitness accounts, the accounts from the relatives of the deceased are far more credible than the disgusting excuses for human beings that are Indian employed security forces and government officials.

Again, you want a referendum in all of Kashmir - so you should have asked for one in all of British India. Pak would not exist based on those results.

India was never a united entity until the British conquered the various Kingdoms and states by force, so it makes no sense to treat is a united entity for the sake of a plebiscite.

Mangal Pandey - there is not much known, it's all a mix of myth and conjecture. But Bhagat Singh, I admire his ideals but patently condemn his use of violence. He killed an innocent man - Sanders. And the law took its own course.

As I said, whatever suits your narrative. British India was a united entity and the princely states accepted the suzerainty of the Crown. So should have asked there.

Forget killing a man, they discharged a weapon in the presence of a minor. In a declared war, even old men are spared along with minors, i guess Intl' doesn't apply on Indians

Don't expect anything good from them. In past 10 centuries, they were ruled by outsiders. These are only 70 odd years they came to power and world started seeing the worst form of Humanity.
