has been completed in 2 years? Then why my ping to chinese/south korean servers is still more than that I get from European or NA servers. But I guess it is only done till Khunjerab for now, just speculating, would really appreciate more info on this.

well the fiber connection has been fully laid down i dont know whether the connection is operational or not as the sco services hasn't improved much here...
wish some other company takes control of the army run SCO ...

From what I understand they provide services only in Azad Kashmir and Gilgit baltistan. Don't know why they mentioned Rawalpindi in the video, the only thing that I could find SCO in relation with Rawalpindi was their HQ? I guess this whole process will probably take some time, a year or two may be?
