On Nov 16, 2014 media reported on Saturday that Police claim to have arrested an Indian national who had reached Pakistan on a visa issued “in the name of another person”.

Rai Zamirul Haq, district police officer of Muzaffargarh in Punjab province, said that Muhammad Mustaqeem was travelling on a visa issued in the name of Sufiyan Ahmed only for Karachi city, The Nation reported.

Mustaqeem said that he had applied for visa of Muzaffargarh but the visa officer in Delhi issued him the visa of someone else.

A clerk noticed the discrepancy in the paperwork and alerted authorities who later detained and questioned him

The man is suspected of being an Indian spy. Possibly one affiliated with the notorious Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW or RAW) is the primary foreign intelligence agency of India.

The primary function of R&AW is gathering foreign intelligence and counter-terrorism. In addition, it is responsible for obtaining and analyzing information about foreign governments, corporations and persons to advise Indian policymakers.

Such spies conduct covert operations to safe guard India’s National interests.

In “the old days,” deep-cover operatives could use and discard false passports like hand wipes. “The only way immigration could tell if the passports were fake was to look at the stamps, paper, photo, and so on,” said another recently retired CIA operative, who declined to be named in this report. This guy apparently got caught is all. It happens every day it is a risk a spy takes to get in”, he added.

“India has some of the best spies in the world”, according to one military officer at Ft. Bragg, N.C. I talked to recently who declined the opportunity to be named in this report. “they are absolute chameleons”, he added.

Indian spies disguise themselves often time to look like anybody you can think of, including in some cases the Taliban (see video: Pakistan Military Police Captured and Killed Raw agents who dressed like Taliban – Shocking images
).

Indian spies are masters at misdirection and tradecraft.

It is unclear in this case whether of not the man in question is an actual spy or not? They certainly won’t receive any confirmation from RAW – which is suspected of being sponsors of terrorism in Pakistan.

Indian spies help monitor the political, military, economic and scientific developments in countries which have direct bearing on India’s national security and the formulation of its foreign policy – and are in many ways India’s first line of defense against terrorism.

The Indian government has been dogged recently by allegations that it has been secretly recruiting people from Pakistan and training them in use of weapons and guns. “Their intelligence agency RAW has been exporting terrorists to Pakistan since 80′s and 90′s”, according to one PAK ISI intelligence agency official, who shared a video link of a Indian spy confessing to sending suicide bombers into Pakistan.

For its part RAW officials dispute such accounts and insist they are not engaged in terrorism related espionage activities against Pakistan.

. . .
The op intentionally quoted some fuzzy website instead of which is quoting "The Nation"...

And now wait for the hordes of indian trolls..

. .
why we issue such news why not make those agents work against RAW to mislead them

.
Well I am not sure. If he is a spy, then the agency would wash him off. Such is their situation in enemy territory. Cos accepting him, would lead to greater damage. I am sure professionals know better than us.

Most likely a victim of mistaken identity. RAW operatives are mostly not captured alive. Those who are don't make it to the news.

Captured alive... but the question is do they remain alive for long..........................? (If taken by MI or ISI) ..

These are planted stories. Once you get picked up by Pakistani COINT teams, no one will hear from you again.
Isnt that the case with every agency?? Do you think MOSSAD lets go of the suspects? The CIA's blackwater? RAW's operatives in the "cultural centers" along Afghan border? Nobody will show mercy...ISI is no differenyt.

@DESERT FIGHTER

Mostly civilian tier two or three agencies go after them and local policemen pull them on the media for some career cookies.ISI's COINT teams mostly go after tier two, one or black ops.
