Pakistan blames Bollywood for rape and killing of child. Our neighbour is indeed a lot like us

Many Indian men have Shakti Kapoor and Gulshan Grover like fantasies. Result = Rape problem

I don't blame the Pakistanis for wanting to ban Bollywood. But from what I know, their housewives and aunties are addicted to that song and dance stuff. That is why they find it difficult to ban it completely.

Speaking as an Indian, I say ALL Bollywood movies released after 2005-06 are TRASH. I think the last Bollywood film I had really enjoyed was Dil Chahta Hai: it kinda reflects my urbane sleek lifestyle, and Aamir Khan is a real gem. But now he has grown old, so I don't like to watch him on screen anymore. I do enjoy 70's and 80's Bollywood songs and some movies. That time the standards were far better.

All Bollywood actors of present generation are stupid low IQ classless monkeys. Zero talent and not worth suffering. As soon as I see their news bytes online, I switch off that browser.

Another bharatoad shooting blanks out of his ***. Sexual problems are openly discussed on call in radio shows in Pakistan.

On the other hand, girls get gang raped on public transit in open daylight in the capital of ganguland and nobody bats an eyelid.

I guess zia was a bit smarter than you bharatoads. You guys can get jailed for one night stands if the girl feels spiteful by claiming promise of marriage. Lying isn’t partisan to a specific gender my low iq bharatoad friend.

weak troll is a weak troll.
Hudood law apologist spotted

There’s nothing to apologize for. Despite there being no hudood laws in ganguland, you people are facing a rape epidemic while Covid-19 pandemic is affecting the world.
Yup India has a rape epidemic while have a lower rape rate than Atomi Kuwat

But no country in the world be Norway, USA, China can match amazing Pakistan's record for rape convictions

I can Google but can you explain what the Hudood law is all about and why so much fuss? Is it like connected to the Taliban?

I suppose your colored key map helps you sleep better at night despite there being a rape headline in India on a daily basis.

Well I suppose there are convictions of rapists in India, but has it curbed rape crimes?

So without even hudood laws, there’s increase in rape in India even with convictions of rapists failing to curb the crime. How fascinating. Do tell us more, my bharti fraaand.

If a woman is too afraid to lodge a rape complaint due to social stigma in Pakistan, doesn't mean its not happening. Rape headlines on news media will only be seen if the crime is reported. If it's not reported, it means it didn't happen, according to you. On the other hand, i see reports of boy rape like every other week in Pakistan, probably because their parents do come forward and report the crime.

Or maybe you are right, maybe rape of women isn't widespread in Pakistan, instead, you prefer little boys, so which one is it :azn:?

A girl was gang raped in a bus in ganguland in the capital city in broad daylight. I guess it was reported, but did it stop rapes in Ganguland? In fact, rapes have only drastically increased since then.

it’s hilarious to see rape capital of the world pointing finger at others.

This had little to do with Bollywood and more with an international child pedophilia network.

There is no denying that in India a lot of rape incidents are encouraged by its movie industry.
if there is one thing both countries should unite on its this. there should be no point scoring on child rape and death penalty is a must and quick

Rapes haven't increased since then, but their reporting certainly has. Due to stricter laws, more women are reporting rape because there is a good chance of conviction. In Pakistan with almost zero conviction rate for rape, a woman has literally no reason to come forward and report the crime. Why risk social stigma and harassment and then see the accuser go free?

People in both Pakistan and India need to stop rationalising crimes like rape and murder. Some people are born evil, no matter what you do for them, how you raise them and where you raise them, when they see an opportunity they strike. A very similar incident like this happened in the US in Feb 2020, but you wont ever see them blaming their culture & society. However, when some thing like this happens in either of Pakistan or India, people put on their tin foil hats and start contemplating the possible motives which range from global conspiracies to blaming TV and films.

Also bear in mind that no amount of law making can deter the evil that resides in monsters that feed on the innocent. Such incident are far more common in the developed world than most of you know.

It is Hudood ordinance and it is an amendment to Pakistani legal framework to implement shariah punishments for offenses instead of the old British penal code.

The controversy is that in a country like Pakistan where judges can be bought - those with enough money would buy judges (its remarkably easy to do) and over turn rape cases) and claim them to be consensual. The accuser could then be open to being charged for having extra marital sex - which is a criminal offence in Islam.

As with many things in Pakistan it was an attempt to put Islamic icing on a cake which is stale. Our legal system is corrupt right from the core, much like many facets of officialdom in our society. However you try to dress up that legal system - with the judges and lawyers we have, it's still going to stink.

Many in India have this idea that Pakistan is controlled by the military and everything else is a shop front. This is an idea supported by elements within our own media and political system. The unfortunate truth is there is no hidden hand. The military enjoys such widespread and avid support in our society because it is by far the most professional government institution we have. It will undoubtedly have its flaws but the rest of officialdom are so inept and corrupt; they pale in comparison.

In this setup they allow corrupt money to dictate everything and blame thier failures on Islamic law, the parliamentary system, the hidden hand, foreign interference - you name it - anything other than looking in the mirror.
