It's a move motivated by national security. They'd feel the same way as Western citizens feel when they're advised not to visit a nation. Third world countries take it a step further.

Pashtun brothers should be reunited..people to people contact is the best..How would rest of the Pakistanis feel if Pak govt stopped them from going to Western countries as they do now and settle there?
