Karma is responsible for this poor condition of a nuclear power that it is being ashamed by 11 americans that they give aid to a nuclear power .
This is karma that a nuclear power is being insulted for few dollars .

There is no such thing as Karma. Most horrific monsters the humanity has seen did not live to see any pain for their actions in this world. On the contrary they either has quick deaths or had statues and monuments built in their memories.
George Bush killed a million people and is living a luxurious life style drawing paintings and vacationing.
The White Europeans exterminated native populations all over the world and took over their lands, and put the remaining natives on reserves far away from population centers.
The nuclear power is sitting on mierals and natural resources. It only has issues with the corrupt ruling class that is subservient to the neo-colonial Zionists. Otherwise there would be no issues.
As bad as they are, they have not committed to being at the recieving end of the Chinese military onslaught.

It is surprising to see, this kind of thought process so late after US withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Paksiatn and openly collaborated with the Talibans and many members here were proud of that policy decision.
The aid was supposed to stop without any doubt. When, was in question and that seems to be getting answered now.
US had as such very less leverage over Paksiatn due to Chinese influence over them. With the aid being rolled back, it can be expected to reduce further. Paksiatn wouldn’t lose much except some easy USD.

Two of my siblings are born here so they don't have pakistani nationality butt they love IMRAN KHAN and Pakistan.. so yes they are not often counted but American born Pakistani community is huge and very smart and more loyal to Pakistan than NaPak fauj and it's Jernails.

Every tiny group wants to inflate their numbers. That count is from the US census bureau in 2020. It includes kids also. Keep in mind every year only a few thousand Pakistani immigrate, After 9/11 due to security screening the inflow reduced a lot.
The numbers look right for West Coast and Rocky Mountain states.
The point is even if there are 200,000 Pakistani voters in New York, New York is a deep blue state, It makes no difference. A lot of 2nd and 3rd generation Pakistani Americans do not care about Pakistan, geopolitics and Islam.
You can argue otherwise.
It is pointless.
The AIPAC owns and controls the United States Congress and almost all American Politicians.
China is slowly but steadily buying them out and replacing the AIPAC.
It is a game of numbers, but not in a way you think.
The Americans have brought in millions in for the cheap labor hoping to jump start their industry again.

USA aid comes with too much strings attached.
You're over thinking this. USA budget is a mess, debt to GDP is reaching alarming levels. Social Security and other entitlements will run out of money in a decade. All foreign aid, even to Ukraine is on the chopping block currently.
