Interior ministry denies this news.. Pemra issued a notification to tv channels, banning coverage of hafiz saeed, jamat ud dawa and lashkar e tayyaba, saying that interior ministry has banned them.. But ch nisar later denied tht jamat ud dawa is banned..rather he said its only under watch list...and from before...nothing new..... But channels kept saying this pemra under directions from interior ministry and foreign ministry did tht.. Again interior ministry issued another clarification tht despite out earlier denials, news is being told tht interior ministry directed pemra ti ban hafiz saeed and JuD, .. Interior ministry clarified tht we have not done it, and neither we can order pemra acc to rules..so its a false news.. Interior ministry says tht...Dont know why channels are saying this and linking interior ministry to it, despite our earlier denial...
So what i think is... pak has not banned JuD.. Someone in pemra tried to become over efficient , and tried to do this, while saying tht interior ministry has directed them to ban these orgs, giving the impression tht Pak has officially banned them...and issued notification.... But interior ministry has totally rejected this , and termed it as false.. So kisi ne pemra main se ye shararat ki thee apnay taur par... But it didnt work out..
So all thise who were saying tht Pak bowed down under US or Indian pressure, ...theres no such thing
