ISLAMABAD: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media affairs wing of Pakistan Army, on Thursday dismissed as “false” Indian electronic and social media reports claiming additional deployment of troops along the restive Line of Control (LoC).

“News circulating in Indian electronic and social media claiming additional deployment of Pakistan Army troops along #LOC in GB [Gilgit Baltistan] and alleged use of Skardu Airbase by #China is false, irresponsible and far from truth,” it tweeted.

The military’s media wing stated in clear terms that no such movement or induction of additional forces has taken place. “We also vehemently deny presence of Chinese troops in Pakistan,” it added.

In a statement earlier today, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Pakistan will continue exposing India at every forum. He said the neighbouring country has been committing the worst human rights violations in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The Minister said the Modi government wants to suppress people and called upon the international community to take notice of India’s acts.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has refuted news that Skardu Air base is being used by China.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the ISPR said that news circulating on Indian electronic and social media claiming additional deployment of Pakistan army troops along Line of Control in Gilgit Baltistan is 'false, irresponsible and far from truth'.

The army's media wing further stated that there is no such movement or induction of additional forces. "We also vehemently deny presence of Chinese troops in Pakistan," the statement added.

On Wednesday Indian media reports claimed that almost 20,000 additional Pakistani soldiers were deployed to LoC in northern Ladakh to match Chinese deployments on the LAC in the east.

All those reports in indian media were for local consumption only. Their media is trying to create a war hysteria situation, when IA themselves know they can't go to war right now.

Rubish it or not, Pakistan needs to convey a few messages clearly:

1. It is Pakistan's sovereign right to acquire whatever military asset it wants from whomever it wants.

2. It is Pakistan's sovereign right to host, or not, any foreign military on its soil, air, or waters for its security or regional or international political or security "assistance."

3. GB & A&JK are disputed only in the context of IoK on an international level. Otherwise, they are - by all means - Pakistani territories. Pakistan will exercise its military activities in these areas as if they are our sovereign territories. The people of GB & AJK don't think otherwise. Why should the rest of Pakistan?

Indian media claimed PLAAF aircraft present in Pakistan and additional deployment of troops along LoC

RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Army on Thursday "vehemently" denied the presence of Chinese forces in the country after unsubstantiated reports circulated in Indian media claiming the presence of Beijing's combat aircraft at a forward Pakistani air base.

Indian media claimed that after the recent Sino-India clash in the Galwan Valley area of Ladakh – part of the disputed Jammu and Kashmir region – additional deployment of army troops has been made along the Line of Control (LoC) and China has deployed combat aircraft at Gilgit-Baltistan's Skardu Air Base.

Referring to the news as "irresponsible and far from truth", the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said no such movement or induction of additional forces has taken place.

Earlier in June, the Indian army said that 20 of its soldiers were killed in clashes with Chinese troops at a disputed border site, in a major escalation of a weeks-long standoff in the western Himalayas.

In a statement, the IA said that 17 critically injured Indian troops succumbed to their wounds, in addition to an officer and two soldiers who had died earlier.

Indian and Chinese troops have disengaged in the areas where the clashes took place, the statement had claimed.

Border skirmishes between the two sides started on May 5 at the Galwan valley in Ladakh, followed by Nakula pass in India’s northeastern Sikkim region three days later.

China claims territory in India’s northeast, while New Delhi accuses Beijing of occupying its territory in the Aksai Chin plateau in the Himalayas, including part of the Ladakh region.

The two countries even fought a war over the hilly state of Arunachal Pradesh in 1962, called the Sino-Indian War.

In 2017, the two armies were locked in a 73-day standoff in the disputed Doklam plateau near Sikkim, over the construction of a road by the Chinese.

The Asian giants have rival claims to vast swathes of territory along their 3,500 km (2,173 mile) Himalayan border, but the disputes have remained largely peaceful since a border war in 1962.

Every body knows the Indians are habitual liars, should not take them seriously. On a realistic note its time for us to exert PRESSURE on the Indians as well and stop being APOLOGETIC.

RAWALPINDI/KARACHI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Thursday visited the Corps Headquarters Karachi where he advised troops to "remain vigilant against emerging challenges", a statement issued Thursday by the military's media wing read.

Gen Bajwa expressed satisfaction over the law enforcement agencies' (LEAs) response in maintaining peace in Pakistan's financial capital, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in its statement, adding that he also went to Pakistan Rangers Sindh headquarters.

The COAS "was briefed on the operational matters and internal security situation".

Corps Commander Karachi Lieutenant General Humayun Aziz received the Pakistan Army chief following which the latter interacted with troops.

Gen Bajwa "expressed satisfaction over coherent response by LEAS in ensuring peace in Karachi and paid tribute to LEAs for countering nefarious designs of enemies", said the ISPR statement.

According to the statement, the army chief "also visited Garrison Health and Diagnostic Centre and Field Isolation Centre". He lauded the support rendered by the formation in the national response against COVID-19.

Earlier, on arrival at Sindh Rangers headquarters, Gen Bajwa laid a floral wreath at the shuhada monument and offered fatiha, the statement noted further.

Pakistan army after thousands died in Pakistan due to Indian's influenced and perpetrated terror.
We condemn, we vehemently deny the allegations, Pakistan stand for no interference in any country's affairs (Modi, we interfered in Pakistan's internal matters, trained and financed Mukti Bahni, and Indians were fighting in East Pakistan).
India successfully established its agenda and narrative that Pakistan is cause of terrorism in India and Pakistan is harbouring terrorists. Got Pakistan on FATF grey list and keeping it there.
Indian keeps infringing line of control. Pakistani army gives befitting reply.
India thrown the Articles for the special status of Kashmir in the dustbin.
Pakistan keep issuing warnings, pleadings that India should abide by international laws and lift the curfew extending for over a year.
Pakistan doing nothing. We are resolute, we condemn, we agitate, blah blah blah.
At the end of the day zilch results. Kashmir fighting for their lives. Under locks, under curfew, the young picked up and killed by the Indian forces regularly.

We do nothing.

Great , just great.

Pakistan leadership learnt a lot of lessons from the so called War on terror. One of them was the ramifications on existence of foreign troops on Pakistani soil.

Existence of Chinese troops or Air assets in Pakistan is cheap Indian propaganda, Pakistani Military leadership will never allow any substantial foreign military presence on Pakistani soil ever again.

Hi sir I’m not patronising or arguing about your post of no foreign military but please consider in near future we will be having Chinese naval personnel at Gawadar when their Chinese assets start arriving openly specially their Atomic submarines and heavy frigates & im not saying they shouldn’t have those personnel’s here as they will be using gawadar to petrol that region & refilling their ships & off course guarding their shipments for up country towards China coz in coming days there will be more trouble in SCS and China want a flow of their economy through
Iranian oil also
Your input will be appreciated
Thank you

Its a joke from someone who is experimenting fake satellite pictures for trolling Indian's and playing on their schizophrenia to see how much they take it further. Sharing original poster who admits its actually a joke with bad PS job in the comments.

We all know India uses the same propaganda tactics that he used on us during 71' but India forgetting something here we learn our mistake. This time our Political and Military leadership are on the same page. We develop our countermeasure to kill this fake Indian narrative in front of the world and successfully get the UN's statement about the recent attack at PSX. Also adding here in a recently developed story after China-Pakistan's foreign offices' telephonic conversation, the announcement came out from two offices to openly say we are standing with China-Pakistan in regional security matters, which of course a confrontation with US and pet dog India.

Why did ISPR had to issue a statement for clarification unless they don't want to displease the indians aka scared of indians?
