What year is this image? I have never seen the SSG use a Desert Tan uniform and I don't recall the SSW using M4s very often, they usually use F2000s.

SSG switched its camouflage recently and the men on the left are SSG(N) and not SSW. In the complete photo you can see SSW troops with their FN2000s standing further to the left.
