Pakistan Army monopoly over telecom sector in AJK & Baltistan

I live in AJK and I have been a silent visitor of PDF but after reading these BS articles I had to create a PDF account. These articles contain a lot of false information. These prices are at least 10 years old and there are at least 5 major Internet companies operating in AJK currently. I have been using PTCL for last 5 years and I was only paying Rs 1000 per month for unlimited downloads at 3.1mbps. But now I have moved to Sky Telecom where speeds are significantly better at bit higher price. Here is my speedtest: I pay RS 1700 per month.

Again wrong prices, the website probably haven't been updated yet. I get 2mbps from 8AM to 11:59PM and 20mbps from Midnight to 8AM. Downloads are unlimited.

This company and others(u can google) r working and progressing in AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Any telecommunication company can work in AJK and G-B without any restriction.Point.

It is very remote and sensitive area they need monopoly to create infrastructure. Hopefully in a decade the competition will come.

I contacted them and they told me it's 4500rs per month for 2 mbps speed also there is no cabel in my area so i will need 22000 rs worth of equipment installation
