ATV's are basically 4 wheel motorcycles. Souped up.
Compare them to 3 wheel motorcycles a la 'ole times.


Logically, all Jap. motorcycle Co.'s make them.
Plus Co.'s in EU, N. America (Bombardier ... hehe ... Wot a name!) etc. etc.

Sold in the civvie markets as 'Recreational Vehicles'.

Any 1/2 decent 3 Wheeler rickshaw factory is tooled to make/assemble them.
Roadside workshops would do for a 1-off knockoff. Probably cost a lot because our 'Saddak-Chaap'
mistry's are a menace to deal with. Bear in mind the lack of proper tooling and interest.
