the problem is our thinking and attitude towards indian race and it wont change even if we die of hunger it will never ever change... our attitude with indians is that "indians hindis ewwwww yee looog takkay ke log nahin hain , or gandeay galeez jahill log or they think they can rule us , these dirty indians " and there r worse to it i dont wanna say it here but as u know i cant say it here .... for us indians r very low race and this why ppl in Pakistan who say we have same culture dont get that praise and votes and they r looked upon as lowest and traitors. Above all while u.s had made the criteria little hard for acquiring a new H1-B, people who already have one doesn't have to worry much. That said I'm having a B2 valid for 10 years. I don't see a problem unless some drastic rule changes are made.
