Without help from Pakistan's Shia, everything seem impossible whatever Iran produce.
Drone,UAV same thing !!
Yes and project will be a go and even after 30 years it would still be a project looking to enter production which it never willIndian research is way more ahead that Pakistan's.
India knows and have all the knowledge, research and building block to design it. On it's own.
Be it the profile of the aircraft, through classical mechanics or experimental physics and mathematical modelling.
Be it electronics or the guidance or the comm.
It is just that you need to bring all the known building block together.
If India can develop a satellite with a camera India can also fix that camera on a drone.
If India can design tejas wings, India can also design profile for UCAV.
If India can design Kaveri engine, in which Pakistan is not even in the game, India can design smaller version a low out engine for a drone too.
Only the files need to be signed for a project to go.

Not necessary avionics could be fielded with tot from Europe. If Pakistan partners with turkey and use a mix of European and home/Turkish avionics I doubt that would eb sanction ableJF17s arent replacing any time sooner mate. they are freshly inducted birds. They are workhorse of PAF. They have already replaced A5 bombers and replacing F7 Interceptors.
Now next replacement will be Mirage 3s and 5s i have no idea what will the replacement in near future of 3 5 years. I bet it will be J31 or may be a stop gap 4.5th generation.
And this new project i believe is the replacement of Legendary F16s and i agree Pak might should Participate in TFX Project with a Pakistani Variant that replaces American Avionics and other parts with European Chinese and Home Grown Systems. Cause we ain't going that well with Yankees as well as you guys are atleast in near future.
If PAF is proposing to change the fleet composition then its anyone guess what they are planning.
Some how I am not among those people who think we r developing as fast the hype is. Remember I believe its the per capita that matters, balance of payment not a temp growth driven by infrasture without even basic reforms in economyi think it will be more than that after the gdp rebase in 2018.
im talking about the gdp rebase scheduled in 2018, that move will bring a large part of the black economy on the radar, will give a major boost to gdp, expected boost about 100-150 bil dollars on the present gdp.Not necessary avionics could be fielded with tot from Europe. Don't be surpised if we are at IMF doors in 2018_19.thats what is now been discussed. And we have already lost 5%gdp due to fall in rupee
Nutshell econmy is going to grow but that doesn't mean we will have money to spear without scarifying health, educstion
would it imporve govt revenues, probably not.im talking about the gdp rebase scheduled in 2018, that move will bring a large part of the black economy on the radar, will give a major boost to gdp, expected boost about 100-150 bil dollars on the present gdp.

Yep ... but depending on the plane's size, they could also talk to Ukraine. I am looking at it from the standpoint of setting up a turnkey engine manufacturing base in Pakistan. I doubt it would be possible ... but it wouldn't be a bad idea to try and tap into the expertise available (China, Russia, UK and Ukraine) to develop and mature a domestic turbofan over the next 20 years.
China is far ahead and steaming ahead.
In all circumstances, Pakistan's future jet engine will be Chinese product.
SLV means submarine launch vahicle?
