Janes Defense Weekly's Interview with ACM Kaleem Saddat
A Good and Uplifting Read

hopefully he goes for 75 J-10's (5 Squadrans)
(along with 110 f-16 and 250 Jf-17, as he also hinted< will replace all the planes one for one :clapping: :D )

All i can say right now is just awesome.

This is the best article i think ever published it is very informative and gives very good details of major inductions, integration, as well as over all problems that PAF is going through.

I dont know if you guys have noticed or not, but the dual seat version of JF-17 for training role in the future is now confirmed, that means we will be seeing JF-17 training versions in the future PAF.

The article mentions that The F-16(which is now confirmed deal) Gripen, and Chinese aeroplane(most likely J-10) will be our main fighters in the future, it states that evaluation of these aircrafts has been done. :clapping:

If this doesn't go right (most unlikely) than bulk of our future fighter fleet will be compromise the product of JF-17.

Also notice that major upgradation of air-defence system has been done which has been done indeginiously by getting technology from different western countries to suit our needs. Same goes with UAVs, i believe that Luna UAVs that were being acquired from Germany was basically for getting some technology and integrate with other of our UAVs.
