It is a good training air craft. It has wide potential for international sales. It can be used as a good ground attack air craft like US A-10 and this air craft has helped one country win a war.

Recently the K-8 in PAF was cleared to fire AAMs, thus it becomes a good counter insurgency aircraft and point defence fighter.
