Those were mujahadein, this is ANA hashesh qoum, remember they used them to ward off USSR back in the day?
You are talking about the tanks that were with the Afghan army before the fall of Kabul to Mujahideen groups. Later they were divided among the warlords and most of them became rusty showpieces. Right now I don't think ANA has a single MBT in service. They have APC's thou, a lot of them.
The border will open, its natural and Afghanistan and Pakistan needs to be on good terms as we are neighbours.
To all these keyboard warriors here, how many of have you been in real war? War is a curse stop wishing for one.
Border will not open till fence building .. no compromise on security of Afghans since they claim taliban move from Pakistan.. it will help reduce thier movement.. Afghan army should also build fence where it needs..
I am actually all for fencing if Pakistan wishes to raise a fence on its side of the border.
But this episode of the border closure is actually bigger than Pakistan making a fence there are other stuff going behind the scenes where Pakistan and Afghanistan are in disagreement.
The border will open in a week or so, make my words but the important bit here is that the common man is the loser on both sides, for instance sick afghans cant go to hospitals in Peshawar, the hospitals, hotels and other transportation lose revenue in Pakistan so it's a lose lose situation.
Border Will never stay open . Because of that natural thinking we lost 75k Pakistanis ,,,, \We are and we Will seal whole Border we will fence it and mine it , Crossing will be allow from certain points only. The border will open, its natural and Afghanistan and Pakistan needs to be on good terms as we are neighbours.

Our hospitals, hotels and transportation can survive. What we can not have is open borders. They should be sealed for at the very least a week more, while the Afghan government decides what it wants. Most Afghans go to government hospitals, which are tied up with our own people and they are short staffed and under funded as it is. Maybe this is a good thing, a complete cut off while we fence our side and send the million plus back to Afghanistan. The border will open in a week or so, make my words but the important bit here is that the common man is the loser on both sides, for instance sick afghans cant go to hospitals in Peshawar, the hospitals, hotels and other transportation lose revenue in Pakistan so it's a lose lose situation.

As for war, we did nothing illegal when we were fencing our border, we should continue and any interruption should be dealt with force.
Tanks and all, let the ANA act childish once and get it out of their system because until they do, little skirmishes will continuously disrupt things.

its all over media he was freed by giving 80 cror randsomeNDS the Afghan intelligence unit had him in sight for a couple of weeks, based on their intel and Afghan APU ( partnered unit) which are Afghan special forces and with US SOF, raided the compound, killed the Afghan Talis holding him ( most likely Haqqani group). Flew him to Kabul, provided him medical care and handed him to Pakistan ambassador next day.
