Pakistan Afghanistan Border Fencing 1700 KM complete

.
Total length of Pakistan Afghanistan border is 2670 km. Fencing of 1700 km border was complete. Work on remaining 970 km is still left.

Moreover, Iran-Pakistan 959 km long border cannot be ignored.

Fencing accompanied by aerial and ground surveillance will ensure stoppage of smuggling, illegal human trafficking and terrorists mobilization.

Our armed forces are accomplishing this task in record time against all odds. Job well done.

May Allah subhanahu wa taala award those who sacrificed their lives with eternal peace and a place in Jannah. May Allah grant sabr and peace to the families left behind by the departing souls.

Iran fencing is also started so rest will complete in yr or two IA

Are the supporting structures also complete? Without the monitoring and support, fence would be useless. I hope the full scale monitoring is activated.
After ever few KM a fort is built which is armed with latest weapons and rooms for soldiers. Patrolling is done between two forts. Plus more drones and other motion sensors will be installed to check movements.
End of 2018.
Its completion date is by end of 2020 or 2021.
The main issue is balochistan and you need to fence that.
That 2600 KM includes Baluchistan border with Afghanistan. Also Iran border is also being fenced.

Fence is generally 10+ meters inside the Border (Zero Line) but here in this Picture i can see a road (on Afg Side) is paved not even half a meter away from border fence 🙄 we erected this part of fence on ZERO line or what 🤔 🙃 Or Afg side just paved a road by breaching the zero line on border 🙄

.
I'd be interested in knowing what sort of surveillance these fenced areas will undergo? Will it be manned/unmanned aerial vehicles?

How will the trespassers be dealt with? Are there any sensors in place to track trespassing? Can the armed forces be given a free hand to shoot to kill at sight if somebody approaches the fence? And is there constitutional cover for this?
