Lucky that her parents heard her screams in an ambulance that's very lucky i would say. if true these people will be hanged.
Rape in an Islamic country if reported can't be ignored. what happens is usually a different case. this is really odd i didn't think this sort of thing is common in Pakistan. its a very rare incident. being a minority sikh girl involved this case makes it extra sensitive and punishment would be even harder than if it were a muslim girl.
