I guess the messaging from the other side is fairly clear.

In a way, the fact that she felt the need to explicitly state it while in India is an insult to Indians. It means that Americans feel that India will be insecure of American leadership visiting Pakistan. Not sure if this is an image that India should be happy with.

I have said this before and i will say this again - the Army and the Army chief are massive problems when attempting to set foreign policy as they KEEP undermining the Goverment to satisfy their self importance at the expense of Pakistan ...
