I smell propaganda, why don't the UNMOGIP raise these violations and why is it only from India that these violations are raised.

UNMOGIP never ends up seeing these even though they are present on both sides of the LoC.

These claims matter nothing unless verified by UNMOGIP

SO you are saying 12-15 heavily armed militants can stay, wait, can come cross to the LOC without the knowledge of Rangers..On an average there are still enough infiltration attempts... one or two we can justify..not more.

Mountainous terrain.. valleys.. foliage to hide in.
when the same can be done in the barren tracts of the Hindu Kush.. and very difficult to stop.
Its stupendously more difficult in the environment of Kashmir.
