Pak Suzuki increases car prices by 3%

Suzuki brand is crap , as it is selling crap in Pakistan for $5,000 Dollar
Lets assume Pakistanis bought 1 Million cars in 2016

5 Billion USD gone down the toilet for this Suzuki Mehran crap

After 3 Years it will break down and cost economy 5 Billion more losses
Compare to high quality Chinese model or Iranain car , these would last 6-7 Years with servicing done on time

Or Better by is these cars not made 100% in Pakistan = 5 Billion saving and jobs created

Suzuki sells cars in only in countries like india,pakistan and few in europe. In rest of the world they hardly have any noticeable presence in car segment. It just shows how competitive the market is when it allows such brands to thrive.

What are you saying dear that it do not have a lest hand drive version? All the cars in this post and the one in the previous post as well are ALL LEFT HAND DRIVES!!! See the steering wheel? It is on the left side of the car.

In India, Pakistan they sell junk. But they have actually some very good models for developed nations.
I would prefer Kizashi over Civic and Camry.

@SOHEIL no offence but interior in those iranian cars doesnt look of good quality...the exterior look is awesome.....but dont get me wrong but interiors look cheap as if they dont belong to that car
(not talking about concept cars)

hope higher segment(or newer models) offers better interiors

I disagree, with the launch of vitara brezza, scross, new baleno and upcoming ignis, along with the older cars like ciaz , new swift etc they have a decent lineup in India

I only know vitara and baleno but why don't they introduce these models in European markets ? May be they are not at that standard.
Baleno is also available in Pakistan, is not reliable like toyota corolla and others in same category.
In India they got competition, but in Pakistan none at all.

kizashi is a failure, the production has already been stopped.
Model years 2010–2014 (production completely stopped)
2015–present (Pakistan)

How much do the baleno and corolla cost in Pak?. In India corolla costs more than twice of what baleno costs.
Baleno ~ 5 lac starting, corolla ~12-13 lacs. Here people prefer Hyundais for the amount of gizmos instead of the Japanese.
Also all of these are sold in japan so they meet all the european requirements automatically. ( Japanese safety and pollution requirements are more stringent.)

Production stop doesn't mean it was junk. They stop production of Baleno also in Pakistan back in 2007, not that it was junk but other reasons.

anyway dont take it in bad taste but 770$=more than 500k Indian Rupee
and many similar cars under that price tagg offer better quality interiors such as these

grand i10 hundai : Rs. 435k - Rs 488k

tata bolt : Rs. 459k or 6869.206$ US

exteriors of iranians cars are equally good i like em...just the interiors dont compliment the looks many car companies in developing countries tend to cut costs over interiors(& safety too)...we had same issues like 8-10 years ago specially Suzuki

btw i am impressed by iranian car designs!
