ANOTHER FAILED ATTEMPT!

The Pakistan Navy on Tuesday detected an Indian submarine trying to enter Pakistani waters and successfully thwarted the attempt, DawnNewsTV reported quoting the Navy's spokesperson.

"The Pakistan Navy used its specialised skills to ward off the submarine, successfully keeping it from entering Pakistani waters," a statement from the spokesperson said.

This is the second time the Pakistan Navy has detected the Indian submarine trying to enter Pakistani waters since 2016.

According to the statement, the fact that an Indian submarine laden with modern technology was detected by the Pakistan Navy is a loss for the Indian navy.

Keeping the government's initiative of peace in mind, the Indian submarine was not targetted by the Pakistan Navy, said the spokesperson.

Learning from this incident, India should also work towards peace, the statement added.

"This great feat is a testament of the Pakistan Navy's superior skills. The Navy will keep defending Pakistan's naval border. The force has the capability to respond to any aggression."

Why not sink it sir like we shot down their jets. Navy deserves this since it was their plane that was shot down after Kargil war.

Avoiding escalation.

But I agree with other member here, it is a cause of concern. What if they are pinging different locations to see response of Pakistan's security apparatus in terms of time and type, in preparation for a larger scheme.

Sinking a vessel in International waters is not allowed unless it fires or tries to lock on.
Our territorial waters are 12 NM and if it dares to enter within 12 NMs, then we have the right.

Poor thing didn't even know it was being watched. It looks as if PN knew exactly where to look for it. This kind of tracking is rarely possible without some serious intel being passed on from the inside. How about we send in SSGN to plant some explosives MW3 style! and once the sub surface, capture the crew. India will definitely declare it as an unfortunate technical malfunction.

Look at the time of detection, its 20.35 pm. So we have good night detection capability as well.

Guys they are up to something. I don't believe that they are that incompetent and we (the pubic) are being fooled?

What do you mean by fool ? if they attack again , we will return the favor with thrice the firepower.
