Hold on my dear, Here you need to correct your facts. An excerpt from Wikipedia for you.
In 1989, a widespread popular and armed insurgency[109][110] started in Kashmir. After the 1987 state legislative assembly election, some of the results were disputed. This resulted in the formation of militant wings and marked the beginning of the Mujahadeen insurgency, which continues to this day.
In the years since 1990, the Kashmiri Muslims and the Indian government have conspired to abolish the complexities of Kashmiri civilization. The world it inhabited has vanished: the state government and the political class, the rule of law, almost all the Hindu inhabitants of the valley, alcohol, cinemas, cricket matches, picnics by moonlight in the saffron fields, schools, universities, an independent press, tourists and banks. In this reduction of civilian reality, the sights of Kashmir are redefined: not the lakes and Mogul gardens, or the storied triumphs of Kashmiri agriculture, handicrafts and cookery,
but two entities that confront each other without intermediary: the mosque and the army camp.

Agreed, it all started after the general elections. But
RPG's and
AK rifles won't fall from the sky, does they ??
You can very well read that it was an armed insurgency, from where did they get the support both money and material support to sustain it well over 2 decades. Do you think everyone around the world are dumb ??
It was political party , but what is Indian interest ???? . If Indian stayed in there orbit , then wouldn t be such a situation. First Indian cash out Bangaldesh situation through sponsoring terrorism. Then next strike they did in 70 in Baluchistan , using Afghan land..........
No sir, if you could read Hamoodur Rahman commission report with patience you will understand what actually happened in Bangladesh, it should be an eye opener.

But the issues had long started immediately after our Independence in 1947. Following are the few factors;
1) Bengali was denied recognition as a national language of Pakistan despite being the language of the majority. Pakistan`s founding father, Mr. Mohammad Ali Jinnah, as early as March 1948 declared in Dhaka that Urdu (considered a common language for the Punjabi's, Pashtoon's, Sindhi s, Balochi's of West Pakistan and the Mohajir's, or post Partition migrants from India) - Urdu alone, shall be the state language of Pakistan.
This was protested to in the presence of Mr. Jinnah. Bengali's asked for Bengali also to be recognized as a state language of Pakistan. This saw the language movement take shape. It was on 21 February 1952 that the movement culminated to a point where students decided to defy a ban on rallies, and the Police opened fire to disperse the demonstrators. Many were killed – they are to this day honored as the language martyrs and the 21st of February is commemorated as the language martyrs day.
2) Elections to the Provincial Assembly in East Bengal, which took place in March 1954, became a turning point in the history of Pakistan. The non-Muslim League opposition parties formed a United Front, which approached the electorate with its 21-point manifesto. In fact, the election was a referendum for and against the demand for autonomy. By then, the Awami Muslim League had been formed as a breakaway faction of the Pakistan Muslim League (in 1949) within two years of the formation of Pakistan. The word Muslim was dropped in 1953 and it became the secular Awami League. The electorate voted overwhelmingly in favor of the United Front and the ruling Muslim League was completely routed with the United Front capturing 95% of the Muslim seats. The Center was, however, determined to prevent the implementation of the 21-point programme. Seven cabinets were formed in East Pakistan and Governor's rule was imposed thrice between March 1954 and August 1958. Martial Law was imposed throughout Pakistan on 7 October 1958 and within a short span of time, General Ayub Khan emerged as the strong man.

It's true that India exploited the situation there ( after all India and Pakistan are adversaries) but it was never India who
instigated the issues in East Pakistan, it was the culmination of various issues with East and West Pakistan from the beginning, the immediate reason for which was the 1970 general elections and the aftermaths.
India entered the scene only during the climax just like the police reach in our Bollywood movies.
But don't forget
Khalistan and Pakistan's support for that.
So it's the game both India and Pakistan is playing. Both of our nations will try to exploit the weaknesses within the other. I don't support neither India or Pakistan, but please don't try to paint a picture of Pakistan as if you never did anything.
