The number is less than 20000 and it's this less because of our Armed Forces other wise in Iraq alone around 1.5 Million have died and countries destroyed. You have not only survived but now are on path to economic prosperity due to Armed Forces. Now as for Drones well that policy was started by Muharraf 98 % Drone Strikes take place by Army permission and main reason is Army wants to avoid pissing of more groups and also groups we are fighting against can't blame us.

As for RS and turning the table, although Op ZeA was a significant point in the fight against terror, to be fair, it was under Gen Kiyani that most of the area was reclaimed from the TTP.

Sir who will collect taxes ... in those list mostly are politicians, baurecrates and business community ... by the way 3 billion usd i slightly overstated as annual figure .. yes but number is more lkely atleast half of it

Sir , he was ex chairman of NADRA , he believed we can double our tax collection if we use latest tech , but all the political parties (system) including PTI take stand against him and he is NRP now .
Almost same happened with Auditor General of Pakistan .
@On Topic. Yes we do need better Navy , with big ships and in all category and now many things are happening which are good sign. In reality we can not match India in numbers but that does not mean we don't have any Navy , We need more Ships , bigger and better Frigates and Destroyers we cant have them in numbers so we need better and latest eqm and tech with extremely good firepower onboard .
Govt and our economy cant afford that much money but we nation can , I say have a fund for Navy in which public can give there donations through text messages , all easy paisa shops and in bank accounts etc.

But general kiyani was too much poltitical and during his tenure although we were recovering tribal areas but we were loosing urban areas ... soread of terrorism in Karachi was during his tenure ... so i dont give him credit ...
