If the reactors are under international safeguards, then there is little possibility of it being used for nuclear weapons prog. pakistan already has a number of nuclear reactors which are not under safeguards.

we indians, should get used to chinese helping pakistan. there is nothing we can do about it. so it wd be better if we concentrate on our own nuclear research programmes.
