Good to know you are all well...There are a handful of people with anxiety in Pakistan (I came to know a few and was shocked why they are so many that I can come across a few...)

Yes there are ...in the West, they claim that depression is due to loneliness and stems from deteriorating family values and stuff...In Pakistan we see Pakistanis rushing into that!

Such fat persons are liability and they should spend less money on eating food and take care of health.
Don't be so judgemental...not all fat ppl are fat bcuz of unhealthy lifestyle and overeating. A simple thyroid issue can lead to this sort of condition. I'm sure he doesn't enjoy his condition...it leads to all sorts of problems that make u miserable in ur everyday life. The ppl need more awareness and better access to affordable healthcare.
well some people have tendency to gain weight even if they keep a low diet , and than there are people like me , Kitna ka kha lo weight hi nai bardta :(
Bro enjoy that kind of a fast metabolism...it won't last forever. I used to have that...I used to be skinny as a twig and I used to eat decent portions of food that would normally make a person gain weight...but not me. The more u age though...the more ur metabolism slows down...so don't worry too much about it and just lead a healthy lifestyle(as in eat healthy and exercise).

Gastric stapling or bypass surgery along with Liposuction is the easiest way out for obesity of such magnitude. Liposuction in a 300 kg +/- would also require removal of skin flaps or loose skin afterwards. Lastly to make him clean himself they may need to remove the 2nd tummy under his belly button via open surgery.
All the above require time, money and hospital stay. you are looking at 1 million for 2 of the 3 procedures mentioned above.
in a country like Pakistan where there is no medical insurance this is beyond the pockets of a common man.

easiest way out is educate the masses on healthy diet and benefits of frequent small meals and tax anything that has a sugar content of 2-3% or more.
