With less strategic depth and advent of beyond battle field range artillery, defensive posture is no more effective approach for Pak army. We need to eqiup our forces with more offensive weaponery to enable them penetrate deep into enemy territory rather than fighting to hold our own soil.

We should raise 3rd strike corpse in Pano Aqil / Jeccobabad to improve our offensive in south. This can be done using armoured brigades of 5th and 12th corpse. One new infantry division may be raised to support armoured division.

Also we should raise a mountain corpse in Gilgit. This may be done by using existing 5 brigades of Northern Force command and some detachments from 12th division or other formations of 10th corpse.

It can be done but we need more money to do it. The defense budget is already out of whack!

The bl00dy politicians have destroyed the economy of the country, once the economy is fixed, Pakistan must do this.

Problem isn't lack of 'offensive' posture, it's actually the direction of our offense. Aim for what benefits us.

People should actually read the doctrine before adding their insight.
After reading you may be surprised that IT already is an offensive doctrine. A Defensive Offense.

It has been widely reported, here is a portion from an article
Remember this is the non nuclear one.
Between 2009 and 2013, the Pakistan Army conducted military exercises codenamed Azm-e-Nau to formalize and operationalize a conventional response to CSD. At its conclusion, Pakistan adopted a “new concept of war fighting” (NCWF) that aims to improve mobilization time of troops and enhance inter-services coordination, especially between the Army and the Pakistan Air Force (PAF). To this end, Pakistan Air Force’s aerial exercise High Mark was conducted alongside Azm-e-Nau III in 2010, which saw the participation of over 20,000 troops from all services in areas of southern Punjab, Sialkot, and Sindh along Pakistan’s eastern border with India. The 2010 exercises were the largest conducted by the Army since 1989. PAF’s exercise High Mark, conducted every five years, synchronizes the Air Force’s response with Army maneuvers, covering a vast area from Skardu in the north to the Arabian Sea in the south. As per military sources, with the implementation of the NCFW, the Pakistan Army will be able to mobilize even faster than India. This should worry India as CSD’s raison d’etre lies in the short reaction time it requires to launch an offensive. If Pakistan is indeed able to mount a counter-offensive even before India fires the first shot, literally and figuratively, it blunts the effectiveness of the Indian military doctrine.

I was actually surprised he didn't spell it as "core" at first.
He meant Corps, pronounced "Core" but he ended up spelling it as corpse. It was the french that took the word Corps and pronounced it kɔːr/
Now given that Corps and Corpse both are derived from latin Corpus, meaning Body he is not that off. But given he want's to raise few corpse's, it might give the walking dead franchise some much needed kick .

I wonder what qualified as offensive weapons?
Like do they have labels on them?
“For offensive use only!
Using these weapons for defense will lead to malfunctions”

Hey, if capitalized properly its a branding opportunity. Imagine what if Assault rifle or Assault weapon was termed defensive weapon or defensive rifle. Would be much more difficult to ban em.

Also has quite a bit of incentive to add MBT's and Nuke strike A/c's calling them Nuclear defense Aircraft and Main defensive tanks.

If anything it is a branding opportunity. remember "smiling buddha"
