Pak Army issues detailed report on NATO attack

This is the key question, which no one has been able to answer so far, and likely never will:

why would we intentionally attack and kill Pakistani soldiers and harm our bilateral relations with Pakistan? There is neither rhyme nor reason

So any plausible answer?

Due to complicated chain of command, complex command and control structure and unimaginative/intricate Rules of Engagement (all acknowledged in US/ISAF investigation report), the responsibility for failing to stop the attack rests squarely on US/ISAF. Pakistan Army on its part had, on numerous occasions and at all levels, highlighted the potential problems associated with not having all the forces in the Afghan theatre under a unified command. The activities and operations of US Special Forces and Afghanistan Border Police are but two examples, which have been raised consistently by the Pakistani side. The incident of 19th July 2011 in Angoor Adda Sector of South Waziristan Agency was also, we believe, a result of lack of unified military command in Afghanistan.

Trigger happy and hot headed soldiers venting their anger on those who fired indiscriminately on them How Dare they, Low Life Pakistani soldeirs, no matter no one was killed among them and they decided to take matters in their own hand and before orders come from top to stop the attack. 27 soldiers martyred by Nato/ISAF and it took 90 minutes to stop the attack in a netcentric battle theather where Generals sitting in pentagon can see how SEALS are busting OBL A$$ in ABT but they cant distinguish two pakistani army checkposts.

Here Vcheng, i provided you the answer.

And also if US has nothing to hide then why they are not doing this?

The perspective, spread over 25 pages, was released on Monday with the demand that “the full and complete classified version of the US investigation report be made available; with provision of intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance picture of the complete incident along with all aerial platform videos and record of radio transmissions and communication between the crew(s) of the aerial platforms involved in the incident.

Pakistan Army terms US action unprovoked, deliberate

That is merely a rant, not a plausible answer, to the question posed above.

What i rant is put more eloquoently by Pakistan Army. Once again for you which you purposely chose to ignore completly

Just to rephrase my self, American Unit commander on field without informing Regular Army superiors about his motives and the special forces superior must have known what he is going to do but not the other superiors outside the special forces command of chain and the unit commander purposefully fed the wrong coordinates to Pakistani military attache and took matter in his hands completely and called in the airstrike and during the aerial strikes on pakistani checkposts, The unit commander might have updated is regular army superiors and the unit commander might have got the correct info after 90 mins but the time was passed to stop the airstrike and pakistani check posts were leveled completly.

So in short there was coplete breakdown of communication in your (AMERICAN ARMY) rank because Pakistan Army officials repeatedly asked your guys to stop but why didnt you stopped? Because some one might have created a communication breakdown somewhere in your ranks.!

I did not ignore that. The PA report section that you quote explains the Pakistani view of HOW it happened.

Where is the explanation for the WHY? There is none!

Irrelevant if you factor in the Pakistani point of view. The crux of the blame with regard to the incident has already been determined.Consider their standpoint for a moment;the events have been documented being perpetrated by American forces as per their account.Wouldn't the motive be considered secondary? As in if a video tape confirms murder, the whys wouldn't be important as opposed to whodunnit. It is the United States that needs to be doing the explaining part and not the other way around.

Instead of beating this bush of WHY again and again, why dont you open the link i provided and read through it and it will answer your why. If you dont have mood to read no problem, this quote belows defines your WHY

Failure to share information about a near-border operation with Pakistan at any level was a major US/ISAF/ NATO omission

but when you are blinded by the stars and stripes and wana be more amreekan than amreekans this is the zen master response you get.
You sir are most correct - its the US that needs to justify and explain their actions - well said!

They have justified their actions with one statement only. They acted in self defense....... But there is a WHY in this statement.WHY didnt they informed Pakistani side about this operation? When they already conducted operation at same location in October and November prior 26th november Why didn't they were fired upon then? which means they had informed Pakistani side on that occasions but another WHY comes here, WHY this time they thought not to share info about this Operation? Now the burden really lies on American side.

Thats why the report they released just before christmas was written on second hand toilet paper - you cant commit potentially a crime and then try to be the judge and jury. There will be no more release of anything apart from hot air. Anyone coming on here trying to attempt to defend or justify the American stance is clearly a full time iconic moron.

The NATO report has explained the incident in detail already.

I have read the full Pakistani report; it does not explain the WHY either.

There is no "justification" applicable to an accident. The NATO report details the causes of the accident perfectly well. The Pakistani report present their side of events.

Again, it is wrong to demand justification of an accident. What you are describing are the procedural factors that contributed to the accident.

Juvenile scatological comments and personal attacks are not needed, and indeed reflect poorly only on those making them.

instead of wasting so much your energy in thinking and writing this whole stuff. You should have answered to Emotional kids like us with this question. "What comes first, Hen Or Egg, If Hen WHY or If Egg then WHY"

I think that such efforts are not a waste, for it is important for both sides to understand each other:

shayad ke tere dil mein utar jaye meri baat"
