Pak Army is aghast at the defamatory and uncalled for statement about the senior leadership of Pakistan Army by Chairman PTI: ISPR

Pak Army is aghast at the defamatory and uncalled for statement about the senior leadership of Pakistan Army by Chairman PTI during a political rally at Faisalabad.

Regrettably, an attempt has been made to discredit and undermine senior leadership of Pakistan Army at a time when the institute is laying lives for the security and safety of the people of Pakistan every day.

Senior politicians trying to stir controversies on appointment of COAS of Pakistan Army, the procedure for which is well defined in the constitution, is most unfortunate and disappointing.

Senior leadership of Army has decades long impeccable meritorious service to prove its patriotic and professional credentials beyond any doubt.

Politicizing the senior leadership of Pakistan Army and scandalizing the process of selection of COAS is neither in the interest of the state of Pakistan nor of the institution. Pakistan Army reiterates its commitment to uphold the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

The ISPR further stated that senior politicians trying to stir “controversies” on the appointment of the military’s chief of army staff (COAS) is “most unfortunate and disappointing”.

It added that the procedure for COAS’s appointment is well-defined in the Constitution.

“Senior leadership of the army has decades-long impeccable meritorious service to prove its patriotic and professional credentials beyond any doubt,” the ISPR said, adding that politicising the senior leadership of the institution and scandalising the process of COAS’s selection is neither in the interest of the state of Pakistan nor of the institution.

“Pakistan Army reiterates its commitment to uphold the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan,” the military’s media wing said.

Statement should have bit diff words, BUT statement actually reflects the ground reality (for existing mil leadership)

Oh they were not aghast when PMLN leaders were saying IK was going to make certain someone COAS and that’s why they toppled the government.

They were not aghast when NS named current and past army leadership.

They were not aghast when Maryam’s jalsa chanted yeh jo dekhshat gardi hai uske who peechay wardi hai.

They are very selectively aghasted and they think people are chunnu munnu who don’t understand this made up drama.

No sir yeh dramay baazi abh nahi chalti. 21 grade ke officer ho wohi raho, mulk ka baap bannay ki zaroorat nahi hai mulazim.

General Bajwa kopeek and his little corrupt gang is as ''Mohb- e -watan '' as much as Sunny leone is Virgin .

I always avoid below the belt language but for the traitors like them ,there is no suitable example other than comparing with prostitutes.

The main issue for the army at the moment, they've never had this reaction in 75+ years, they don't know how to react properly. Starting with Ayub, Yahya, Zia and Musharaff they never had to answer to anyone, and none questioned their purpose, however, that era was different. They are better off doing one of two things: 1) Hire a professional PR team or 2) Keep your mouths shut and stop drawing attention to yourself.

Since IK ouster its more self-inflicted wounds that are easily avoidable. In this recent episode how they are questioning IK, but their past reactions to dirty nani and team (PDM) was different -- they couldn't apply the same standard and being called out and army is acting like a headless chicken making a joke out of themselves. This should be taught in school how not to do PR 101.

DG ISPR representing zardari and pmln ...

Allegation was on pmln and zardari to conspire to weaken army and weak army chief ... Why he is annoyed ? He has nothing to do with selection process ... Does he ? If there is some reservation or comments on selectors then its a political matter why u r representing political parties ?

Everytime it hurts when I watch clip of people chanting "Ye Jo ghundah Gardi hai Iskay peechi wardi hai" and Maryam proudly smiling on stage on those chants.

Military leadership should die if they have any shame while striking deal with Sharif family

All that talk of professionalism and morale and Martyrs.
This is how they betrayed those who lost their lives in war against terrorism.

Imran Khan would get along great with Raul Ghandy.

Imran Khan and Rahul Gandhi always find the same opponent, same organisation to blame for their own failures

^that article and Imran/Pakistan aside, but just about Raul.... he says the dumbest, most impulsive, most ill thought out all the time.. such a cringe duffer, special needs retard...

pitch dekh ke na khelo, bas har ball chakka, kyonki bolling Papa Tau kar rahe hai, and fielding p mummy cocktail p rahi hain

Anyway, Imran Khan of Pakistan is probably not nearly as bad as Raul from India is, but there are some disturbing similarities in the rather dumb way they seem to be going about their politics.

For Pakistan.. most likely military lamba tuk-tuk game khalaygi, play out time and this tough spell.. aaj ni to, 6 months m, 8 m.. awaam thak jayegi when no results.. to borrow some from our Legend..

ki aik din, the once exiled king will be welcomed back and will celebrate Diwali after slaying the X and rescuing the Mulk.

India kya soch rahi ? .. chalo border paar unki Milrty aa gi fir se (known qty etc)

Don't despair but, you guize.. "Democracy" isn't everything.. just ask your Iron bros.. they'll tell you outright just how much it sucks.

Well, India deserves Modi the terrorist, no doubt this moderate voice is dead...

Traitor Bajwa doesn’t like when people give him respect. Khan hasn’t said a word against him, still doing his best to not turn people of Pakistan against army. Maybe he should openly bash Bajwa like Nawaz did and he will start to respect Khan.

This is what Nawaz said:

This what Hamid Gul said about Pak army;

Maybe instead of dragging politicians on the streets of Pakistan, we need to drag Bajwa and his cronies.
