Shameful that a nuclear armed country of nearly 200 million people has to rely on handouts from a foreign government to build simple public schools for its people These are really very basic buildings and infrastructure!

Pak Army can hold annual parades and waste billions on weapon import for an imaginary war they will never win against India..but need the begging bowl to rebuild infrastructure..there is no free fund in politics and we pay dearly for such stunts with a crippled foreign policy which restricts us from achieving our own self interest.
