Thts thier problem is to get commisions from military purchases they take underrated and not upgraded versions of the weaponry, its not pakistan problem ?
But china , is the best of its kind in.reverse engineering of all kind of weapons all around the world and pakistan has more technical know how because its been allowed to send its technical staff for training to USA , france , UK , ITALY and thy bring back a lot of tech which then been used in chinese labs all I can say
