It is too late now. USA has lost all its cards already. Now Pakistan is not going to IMF as Pakistan has received guarantees from friendly countries. So this BSOB is trying but in vain...perhaps to justify is assignment to the post however as per my knowledge he has been called back to Pakistan on Aug 27 and I'm sure that's the end.

I think the first job IK should do is to asses our Foreign Service and all the ambassador posted in various countries. I seriously think we should reduce our presence in some countries and focus more where it matters most.
