Fencing is even painful for Indians.

Lol they don't even agree with the pak border , and here you are saying they don't need to care .

At any case , this will just push Afghanistan further from Pakistan.
It,s none of your business.

Good news if true

. . .
Afghanistan is a Indian strategic ally & a key member of SAARC , so ya this concerns India too. Afghanistan is India's gateway to central Asia.

Not our problem. You along with Afghans can keep whining.

.
get the fence done. FC will eventually take over completely at the border. it will help the army with some relief.

. .
There is this magical device called ships
Have you dug a seaway to Afghanistan that I am not aware of? I assume you mean "ship" to Iran. Then by road to Afgh., but guess what? That makes Iran the "gateway" with Afghanistan as possible "corridor" to CA.

Gateway means what it implies. The first point of entry, not second, not third etc etc

So is india then going to get into afghanistan by using Pakistan's border with it?

India can only access Afghanistan through a long convoluted - sea/land-border-land journey. That bas*tard Musharaf sold Afghanistan to India and Northern Alliance in 2001. But geography has a determinant of it's own. In the longer term Afghanistan will dance with Pakistan and Iran. We have to much shared history, culture anmd geography. The Chinese star is rising. Being next door they will exert incredible economic and political leverage in the region. As it is Central Asia is a Sino-Russian playground. So will Iran and Afghanistan join the Chinese dance. USA will leave one day and then watch how crap shapes up. China will be calling the shots. As it is they have begun first moves to pull Afghanistan into CPEC.

Here is a taster for the future.

So going back to your original point, why would Pakistan fencing our border with afghanistan affect you if you have an alternative route to go to afghanistan? Also why are afghans always begging Pakistan to leave our border with them open?

@NukeAcola We are not all dumb Hindutwas with no understanding of geography or political realities. The map you posted was drawn by a cow disease addled Hindutwa. Kabul is far more north. Kandahar is in south east. I have marked both cities with correct locations. Majority of Afghan population lives in Kabul region [red circle] adjacent to Pakistan. It is prohibitively expensive to shift stuff along the long distance you posted. In addition the entire south east Afghanistan centred around Kandahar is Taliban central [green circle]. Large swathes are in Taliban control. Therefore shifting some truckloads under heavy security for propaganda purposes is one thing but economically it does not stand a chance. I guess these realities don't matter to Hindutwas. All this does the job of making Hindutwas feel good.
