For the same reason Sweden will not sell there new technology to Pakistan. There is always fear of tech theft by china if something sold to Pakistan. USA keep there agents to guard there F16 in Pakistan.

this thread should not be made another jft vs gripen thread --

i doubt the effectiveness of gripen would be more than jft blk2 [right from the start or maybe after an mlu] -- the money should be diverted to j10b which would become far more effective than gripen, yet it would cost us less --

f16,jft,j10b are enough 4.5 generation platforms-- a fifth gen fighter should be a bigger priority as pakfa will give iaf a full generation advantage --

As of now 4th Gen, even EFT, Su-30MKI, J-10 fall in 4th gen as of now. To be in 4.5th gen club, it needs to have an AESA radar and better sensor fusion.

Sir,

Happiness is related to free and un-adulterated SEX---if pakistanis had as much sex without any restrictions---we would also be one of the happiest nation.

Free as in as many times they want?.. or Free as in keeping multiple partners?
Currently the Mullah brigade is the only one which uses self granted quasi-religious authority to get multiple partners.
Pakistani's do have a lot of SEX.. its just that they dont use condoms...what other reason would there be for a constantly growing population?.

On topic.. the swedes also have a lot of sex.. but their "democratic" standards on weapons transfer have a few twists.
The Gripen isnt all swede, a lot of it is American.. and the Americans do have double or triple or X rated standards when it comes to Pakistan, the least you will see when it comes to explicit conditions on the sale of US or US sponsored equipment is PG-13.

Regardless of MMRCA result India is still going to buy MUCH more Swedish tech then Pakistan could ever hope to afford. If the Swedes follow, they will do a cost benefit analysis and continue down their road of favouring India. This is purely defence related and doesn't take into account the fact Sweden wants to get even further into HUGE domestic Indian Market that is much more profitable and attractive than Pakistan's equivalent.

India has the fastest growing middle class in the world, leaving out defence, this is the most juicy Market currently on earth and one all the world wants to penetrate and is doing all they can to do so.




A India vs Pakistan debate (regardless what the topic is) will always have the same winner......
