Hi,
A lot of colleagues over here do not know that China had kicked pakistan out 2-3 years ago when pakistan went to get some assistance during Zardari's time. China openly stated that we give and you loot and plunder---get lost.
But then---to chna---the threats in the south china sea started coming----japan---vietnam---taiwan---philipines---and then to top it off---India----and not forgetting the U S.
China is trapped now---so where does t go---back to pakistan----salvage point Gwadar port----this is the same port that the the U S govt had sabotaged the operation of fr close to 10 years by forcing Musharraf to sell it to a singapore conglomerate---which did nothing in that time.
So---as the threshold of the threat rises in south china seas----china has no where to run but to pakistan----.
Similarly---russia also seeas a ray of light and sticks its foot into the game by signing the deal for the 2 billion dollars pipeline from gwadar---.
The U S got sucked into this stupidity by India lovers in the cabinet----and for no reason whatsoever---the U S just opened its big mouth and created more animosity with the pakistani public and govt----specially about the Osama issue.
So---at the end of the day---what the BFD was Osama Bin Laden----nothing---zilch---zero---nada----miniscule----no value---but only for Obama to win him an election---.
The bad publicity that pakistan got was because Gen Kiyani and Gen Pasha kept their mouths shut----these two guys did not come to rescue pakistan from this onslaught----.
These two guys should have come out swining for pakistan and told the media how pak military help carry out the operation---but they chose to keep quiet out of cowardice----.
And for that reason I wrote both to Gen Kiyani and Gen Pasha and told them if they had an iota of character and honor left in them---they would put their .45 to their heads and blow their brains out---because they have put pakistan in such a shameful and disgraceful position that pakistan has never been in its short history.
Both of them sent me threatening answers to keep my mouth shut and straighten up otherwise they will deal with me.
And I will also deal with them---if I ever get the opportunity----Gen Kiyani and Gen Pasha will both hang by their necks for this act of treason against pakistan---if I have my way.
These two genrals had the information to smash the myth of the actions of the U S military in the region---what a fraud the U S military campaign was---and what a total failure its generals had been except for one who got fired---what was his name Gen McCormick---I believe----.
It proves time and again---quiet people are also cowards---because as they have kept quiet and done yessir all their lives and reached the apex---so---in time of crisis they also stay quiet---becase they know they will come out ahead----. They did----but the nation got scorched.
China is concentrating on its interests in the region (as expected) while ignorant people here are singing songs about so-called "pak cheen dosti."
US might have influenced Singapore for neglecting Gwadar Port due to China factor; China is the primary investor in Gwadar Port (project) and US is assuming that China may use it as a hub to project its power in the Arabian Sea and challenge American interests in the Middle East. Moreover, GCC states (UAE in particular) and India perceive Gwadar Port as a threat to their business activities (and interests) in this region. This emerging geopolitical scenario have made US cautious about developments in this region like an Eagle watching the ground from the sky since its interests co-align with those of GCC states and India in this region vis-a-vis China.
Fortunately or unfortunately, Pakistan needs Gwadar Port to bolster its economic situation; it is a good investment avenue. However, Pakistan should set the terms and conditions for all investors involved that they are welcome to use this Port but take their disputes elsewhere. In this manner, Pakistan can reduce the chances of a potential COLD WAR between China and Indo-US nexus in this region.
As far as the ground realities of the Operation Neptune Spear are concerned, nobody knows the truth other then those who have participated in this military operation. Here are some dirty details:

Now, of-course, some so-called Pakistani analysts have promoted their own narrative regarding this event but some (including me) are not easily fooled. US doesn't boasts about its performance in this military operation because it understands that this is a sensitive matter for Pakistan and rightfully so. But individuals involved cannot be silenced for long and are expected to speak out at some point at personal capacity. One of the US soldiers involved in this military operation even wrote a book about it.
Fact is that Pakistani people have been (and still are) under the illusion that nobody can breach our defenses and our Intelligence apparatus is number 1 in the world (on average) due to "nationalism factor." Few understand the limitations of Pakistan in various fronts. It doesn't takes a genius to figure out that if Pakistani Intelligence apparatus had been number 1, Pakistan wouldn't have experienced hundreds of suicide attacks and other terrorist activities (internally) during the course of War on Terror; Pakistan is (actually)
learning from this war as much as others who are also involved in this conflict. Now, as bad as a Pakistani general maybe, he will never permit foreign troops to act on their own accord inside Pakistan for any purpose, PERIOD. Claims to the contrary are utterly unbelievable and fallacious.
People also tend to overlook another fact that Pakistani armed forces have (always) resisted unilateral actions of US military forces inside Pakistan (in some manner). In some cases, US forces backed out to diffuse the situation; in other cases, US forces responded with heavy firepower. Pakistani armed forces have shed blood (suffered casualties) in these confrontations. How can we forget this?
Operation Neptune Spear brought US-Pak relationship to a standstill (and breaking point almost). Why would Pakistani COAS strike a deal with US President to secure his victory in elections with capture of Osama Bin Laden? What he would gain out of it? In-fact, Pakistani COAS could gain considerably from taking unilateral action against Osama Bin Laden and leverage this development to his advantage to gain favors from abroad (assuming that he was aware of his presence in Abbottabad in the first place). I know, I would, if I were in his shoes.
Million dollar question is that how the hell Osama Bin Laden lived in that compound for years in Abbottabad without being noticed? Who were assisting him? But nobody asks these questions and everybody is contempt with a bogus narrative that Pakistani armed forces cooperated with US military forces to conduct this military operation because our egos are too inflated to accept our shortcomings. Of-course, moon landings were fake and 9/11 was an inside job.
