the guy clearly quoted his sources which include what you stated and more.

read the text and point out what is wrong. just saying "he is a pakistani" or
"that site is indian" is a very poor response.

and it is rather strange to see pakistanis pulling down other pakistanis. what will make you happy?

I think these are only combat aircraft numbers as we dont see the C-130 and T-37 and T-6G Harward etc.

T-33 if included in 1965 should also be included in 1971 head. Actually T-33 was used for recce.

Also the 1971 count includes the Mirage-IIIDPs (6 in number I think) in addition to single seat Mirage-IIIEPs.

'P' in Mirage-IIIEP and Mirage-IIIEP is I think for "Pakistan" just as 'J' in Mirage-IIICJ and Mirage-IIIBJ is for Israel. Brazil had Mirage-IIIEBR and Spain had Mirage-IIIEE, with E for Espana.

For the 1971 head, we dont see the almost 90 F-86s given to Pakistan by Iran through Germany. Its said that almost half were put into active service and the rest may have been used for spares.

they were delivered but all were not active - kept in reserves and also used for spares to keep the F-86Fs flightworthy.

now we are not going to go to combat with the C130, T6G etc. its all about front-line sqdns in combat. just my HO.
