Honestly, Pakistan does not have enough atomic weapons to do so. At best Pakistan can destroy 10-30 cities in India costing India about 200-400 million people.
Other way round Indian counter-attack will destroy 7-8 major cities in Pakistan, killing 150-210 million people.

I don't hope that it happens. I will never hope for a disaster to happen so just I can prove my point. I would rather prefer to be ridiculed and humiliated if the only other choice was death to 600 million souls.

Well, whatever.
But I think Indians might have successfully tracked down the information chain from India to Pakistan.
Pakistan might get such news on regular basis. Better give limited/careful reaction to save our assets.
One point to be noted: if news are of an attack on Azad Kasmir, then its better to concentrate on Kahota and Karachi. It might be a deception.
