PAF offers sale of JF-17, Super Mushshak to Kuwait Air Force

. .
kuch second hand mein dedho bhaai saab.. (pun intended).. lol

.
Quick - what aircraft does Kuwait have? We might be getting those!!!111!!1111111

. . .
Kuwait dont issue visas to Pakistanis and we must boycott them. These idiots did not supported us in difficult time

.
Slim chances. The Kuwait AF have signed a contract for 24 Eurofighter Typhoons and are in negotiations for ordering F/A-18E/F SuperHornets from Boeing. Those will eventually replace their legacy Hornets. JF-17s is most likely a no, but Mushaks is a possibility. Glad to see Sohail uncle going around after listening to his coursemates in Bahrain :p:

.
Arrogant Kuwaitis won't buy even if we offer them equal F 22 reason they think other non Arabs Muslim are like animals they only spend money on expensive toys which they hardly use

F 18 to kuwait tell me did u hear they did anything to fight any war in Iraq when they needed instead they begged us for help they are good for misusing money of GOD given natural resources

What if I told you, that Kuwaiti JF-17s will be useful for Pakistan ;)

@MastanKhan
this is the thing you and I have been talking about, hes behaving like a car salesman, when has a countries aIr chief actively tried to sell an aircraft to another country it doesn't happen, this is just greed at the end of the day, he doesn't care about the short comings the PAF has in his own words he says PAF is an updated airforce compared to who? the tazanian air force? he thinks winning an air tatoo medal is something worth being proud of. Hes just after a quick buck before he retires IMO.

Offer from a military chief like the Chief of Air Staff to sell weapons is usually followed by diplomatic and political effort.

Diplomatic and political effort is totally missing. And no surprises here. When a dumbo like Nawaz Sharif is a foreign minister who does not know anything about foreign policy, its natural.

Air Force has demonstrated its jet at various air shows. The product has been appreciated. But weapons sale is not just technical business. Its more political and diplomatic. Its these two fronts Pakistan is seriously found wanting. And its not just sale of JF-17. Its about every Pakistani interest that the government needs to promote, we lack effort and energy and more importantly visibility.

I would suggest PAF should market JF-17 blk III until then they should sell Super Mashaq as a quality product and make a place in the market. Focus on Blk III of JF-17 and make it as great as it can get so it becomes a mouth watering treat for the customers.

.
I dont think they will go for the JF-17 as many countries are waiting for it to mature and develop first. Super-Mushak seems like a more realistic option.
They can use thunder as an advanced trainer though...like UAE will replace their alpha jets with thunder.

Block III will be available for sale after fulfilling PAF's need..and it will take upto 3-4 years more..
If we sell them block 1 or 2, we can later upgrade them to block3 standard..

.
JF-17 has the same airframe in all the blocks.
WDR...
Its not easy to instantly change the airframe of aircraft..It requires a lot of time and $$$$ Mr.....
If block-3 will come with AESA then definitely its Nose and canopy has to be redesigned....
So wait and watch....

Well its airframe is designed well in accordance with LMF.As compared to tejas...
