On a lighter note it could be that, Typhoons and Strike Eagles being flown by Pakistanis.

But in seriousness could be a number of things including loaning of personnel to their air force academy as instructors and maintenance personnel.

Qatari AF and PAF have and enjoy a very special relation.
One of the reasons why PAF participated in Qatar National Day celebrations.

Qatar has biggest US base. Doubt they have much interest in the region. Now they already establish relations with KSA and UAE. Soon they may ask Turkish forces to leave and replace with someone else. Because UAE and KSA both on head on collision course in the region.

there is a maturing alliance between Pakistan, Turkey, Iran and now Qatar under the umbrella of China and Russia. ksA/uae would be wise not to oppose it but rather join in. mbs led "grand military alliance" is about as effective as a broken door knob.

Not quite actually as I'm not sure about his current schedule, just last time when he was in Qatar, he passed by Bahrain for a short work related trip and met my parents for a few hours.
