Koreans living in Japan is much more normal and mainstream because you are geographically closer. There have been communities for hundreds of years.

3) Japanese would count Hong Kongers and Taiwanese separately from "Chinese." (Compared to USA, which would not.) Pool them all and averages change significantly.
