Over 527-bln-yuan investment signed at int'l trade fair

A total of 1,982 cooperation agreements involving an aggregate investment of 527.5 billion yuan (76.7 billion U.S. dollars) have been signed at the 20th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT).

The four-day event, attracting over 1,000 commercial groups and 5,000 enterprises from 128 countries and regions, concluded Tuesday in Xiamen, southeast China's Fujian Province.
CIFIT has become an effective and important platform for promoting two-way investments, publishing official information, and discussing investment trends.
Approved by the State Council, the event takes place in Xiamen every September.
