During that time, terrorist attacks were happening regularly. Then there was black water operation.

Bear in mind that black water wasn't built overnight. Zardari was still puppet who was keeping in mind about the death of Benazir Bhutto just as Barack Obama was keeping in mind in regards to death of J.F Kenney. [hint: the establishment]

TTP was born, MQM was let off, black water operation started under the ruling of Musharraf. To this day, there is no action against Musharraf. If the main establishment wanted, they could have easily stopped Zardari just as they have pressurized PMLN into power-sharing agreement.

Upon assuming power Zardari made huge changes in foreign office, he appointed his teams in embassies around the globe. His key man was Salman Bashir.
Other dpt. where Zardari filled enemies of state was NADRA. His key man there was Rehman Malik.
Last but not least, current senate chairman is also not serving Pakistani interests.
Zardari enjoy covert vote bank in Pakistan, and this is why he threatens to shake foundation of Pak army and that of Pakistan.

many of those indian comes to Pakistan to meet their relatives in Sindh who left for india, but also to meet their relatives who chose pak instead to stay in india. I have heard back then it was more easy for an indian national to get pak visa the it was for pak national, many of my friends who have been to india have to go through a long procedure and even after that they are always followed by under covered cop and are only allowed to visit specific city and states in india.

Are you illetrate or blind? Can't you see that policy was to grant visa after security clearance but Tappi pressurized to issue visa without security clearance ... if they were ordinary citizens then why the hell they want to avoid getting security clearance and how the hell they were able to get in contact with Tappi ???
